The sanitary pneumatic ball valve is composed of a pneumatic quarter-turn actuator assembled with a sanitary ball valve. Also known as the pneumatic clamp ball valve, both have undergone precise inspection processes and strict quality control. The flow channel is precision polished and sterilized, adopting full PTFE sealing, with no dead ends and easy cleaning. The valve body of the sanitary pneumatic ball valve is made of high-quality stainless steel, and the inner wall of the flow channel is electro-polished to 0.5μm (240Grit) to keep the fluid unimpeded. The full PTFE sealing surface has no dead ends, ensuring hygiene. The pneumatic clamp ball valve is widely used in beer engineering, food engineering, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, biological engineering and water treatment engineering and other fields.

Structure & Applications

The sanitary pneumatic ball valve adopts single-acting or double-acting control mode. It has straight-through and three-way valve bodies, featuring small torque, no retention, high cleanliness and long service life. It can be equipped with various control units, positioners and position feedback devices, supporting automatic control systems. This series of ball valves adopts sanitary design and is widely used in food processing, beverages, fruit juices, brewing, biopharmaceuticals and other fields.
