The sanitary pneumatic diaphragm valve is made of stainless steel, with both internal and external surfaces processed by mirror polishing. The valve body offers multiple surface polishing options and features a dead-end free design. It is applied in production lines such as biopharmaceuticals, biological vaccines, electronic semiconductors, and pure water purification. The actuator housing of the diaphragm valve is made of high-strength polyamide (PA) plastic (aluminum alloy material is also optional), and accessories can be equipped with valve feedback switches, directional solenoid valves, electropneumatic positioners, etc.

Working Principle
The closing and opening of the sanitary pneumatic diaphragm valve are achieved by the pressure from the pipeline acting on the reinforced rubber diaphragm. When the pressure medium enters the valve control chamber, the diaphragm presses down to close the valve channel; when the pressure in the control chamber is discharged to the atmosphere or the downstream pipeline, the diaphragm rises and the valve channel is opened. The valve has no valve stem, gasket, directional seat, etc. The only moving part in the channel is the diaphragm, so there is no rust or seizure phenomenon, and it has higher stability. Multiple structural forms and control forms are available to meet various fluid control needs.
