Sanitary Pneumatic Diaphragm Valves
The sanitary pneumatic diaphragm valve consists of a sanitary‑grade diaphragm valve and a pneumatic actuator. Driven by compressed air, it regulates the flow of fluid media in process pipelines.
Featuring a corrosion‑resistant lined valve body, corrosion‑resistant diaphragm, no packing box structure, elastic diaphragm as throttling element and smooth flow passage, the pneumatic diaphragm valve delivers low resistance, large flow capacity, no external leakage, reliable operation, fire and explosion protection. It is widely applied for flow regulation of strong acid, strong alkali, highly corrosive, high‑viscosity, particle‑containing, fiber‑containing, toxic and pollution‑sensitive media in industrial automation systems.
