Thermostatic Free Floating Steam Trap
Product Overview
The thermostatic free floating steam trap operates by utilizing the temperature difference between steam and condensed water to cause deformation or expansion of the temperature-sensitive element, thereby driving the valve core to open and close the valve. Thermostatic steam traps feature a relatively large subcooling degree, typically ranging from 15℃ to 40℃. They can utilize part of the sensible heat in condensed water, maintaining high-temperature condensed water at the valve inlet at all times without steam leakage. This product is suitable for steam pipelines, tracing pipelines, small heating equipment, heating systems, and small heating equipment with low temperature requirements. It is widely used in the heating equipment systems of industrial and mining enterprises such as chemical, petroleum, textile, and papermaking industries.
